Self-Guided Demo Tour
Zoom in on Map:
- Click magnifier on upper left map navigation to zoom in and out of map.
- Or double-click anywhere on the map to zoom-in.
- You can also use the mouse-wheel to zoom-in, zoom-out.
Move Map:
- Just click anywhere (hand cursor appears) and drag the map.
- You may move map using arrows on upper left map navigation.
Draw Polygons:
- Click 'Draw Polygon' button.
- Place cursor (hand) on the map and click to set point on screen.
- Drag mouse and click to create a line. Repeat to create polygon.
- To close polygon, make sure to connect the last point over starting point.
- Click 'Search' button.
- Click 'Property Listings' Panel tab (above 'Help' tab) to view listings.
- Click 'Clear Polygon' to erase polygon, and 'Draw Polygon' to start over.
Property Listings:
- All listings will appear in 'Property Listings' Panel (right column).
- You can click to select a property in the 'Property Listings' Panel.
- Alternatively, you can hover over the pushpin on the map and click the 'View Details' link.
Property Details:
- Your listing is highlighted in the 'Property Details' Panel (right column).
- Listing summary and photos are detailed under tabs.
- Click 'View Details' button.
- Click 'Photos' tab on property details window.
- Click to close.
Search Filters:
- Select any combination of categories, 'Price', 'Beds','Baths', etc, from the search menu bar.
- Click 'Search' button to filter data.
Advanced Search:
- Click 'Advanced Search' in upper right menu bar.
- Choose selected categories and click 'Search'.
Saved Searches:
- click the 'Saved Searches' Panel header (right column).
- In order to save your data, create an account.
- Enter email and password and click 'Register'.
- Now you are able to name and save your searches.
- You can add new search parameters and save.
Request a Showing:
- Again, select a property from map or 'Property Listings' Panel (right column).
- View the property in 'Property Details' panel.
- Click 'Request a Showing' button.
- Enter request for information or showing time.
- (If you haven't registered, You may do so here to save searches as well.)
Favorites & Comparisons:
- Again, select a property from map or 'Property Listings' Panel (right column).
- View the property in 'Property Details' panel.
- Click 'Select to Compare' checkbox.
- Hover over and select another property.
- Click 'View Details' link.
- Click 'Select to Compare' checkbox.
- Repeat to add more properties.
- Click the 'Compare' button to compare properties.
Points of Interest:
- Click 'Points of Interest' Menu.
- Check a category to view on map.
- You may check multiple categories.
- Uncheck the category to remove from the map.
- Click 'Points of Interest' menu button.
- Select any point of interest.
